Using our codes

If you are using a phone, our code box is sometimes hidden. To make it visible click on 'Show order summary' this will reveal the code box. Make sure you then click on apply before paying for your order. Any problems message us off on the website or email us at thebeecharm@gmail.com

 How much is delivery?

Delivery to the UK is free we use Royal Mail's 1st Class Service, however we have added the option for you to choose to pay for a tracked shipping method if you are in a hurry for your order!

International shipping is available at checkout. Please contact us if you would like to enquire about other international shipping.

If you are sending a gift & you would like us to add a message to the card, please put your message in the notes section or email us at thebeecharm@gmail.com

How soon will I get my charm?

We post out same or next day- depending on what time you order. We send all items 1st class Royal Mail, so hopefully the next day after we post.

Due to the current situation with COVID-19 there may be delays with the post. Please contact us if your order does not arrive within 3-4 working days of purchase. International deliveries will take longer, between 5-14 working days. 

Can you get me something I have haven’t seen anywhere else?
